This report provides a description of the Hallawest Developments (Twelve Mile Trail)Inc. applications proposing a 15-lot residential subdivision in the eastern portion of the Orchard Community. The applications affect two large residential properties located on the west side of Twelve Mile Trail in the Orchard Community of Burlington.
